 * hey guys,
 * i’m looking for something specific. i have tried out and tested most of the polls/
   surverys here. not sure if what i’m looking for is either of the two or a form,
   maybe?

 * this is just an example of what i’m looking for.
 * i want to ask a question and have visitors be able to submit their name, location,
   and answer and have it show; rotating like the example of tonic.com.
 * ex: (q) what inspires you?”
    (a: i’m inspired by…) _answer inserted by visitor…_(
   a: name) _answer inserted by visitor…_ (a: location) _answer inserted by visitor…_
 * i’m just wondering if there’s a plugin/widget anyone knows of? perhaps a jquery
   code somewhere? any help would be great.
