Plugin/Theme that supports video gallery

Is there a good wordpress theme or plugin that allows me to store videos on my hard drive and play them from the site. The site I am developing is going to run on the intranet in our company and I would like to store videos on my hard drive and allow people to access the videos via the site. I am looking for layouts similar to the links below, which allow people to see a small thumbnail of the video they would like to play and select to play it:
