 * In WP 3.8 stopped working the following:
 * **wp-admin/plugins.php
    wp-admin/plugin-install.php wp-admin/themes.php wp-admin/
   update-core.php
 * Site working fine. Plugins in the front view (visitor) working fine, but lost
   access to the above and receiving the message “Not found”
 * Already read many posts, articles, but no solution.
