# Plugins.php does not show

 * Hi! I’ve been having problems with wordpress admin section, the plugins tab doesn’t
   react at all. In IE it even says “Page cannot be displayed”. I’ve re-installed
   wp a couple of times now, and that doesn’t change anything. I’ve changed permissions
   for wp-admin and subs in 777, 755 and 666. Still no luck. Anyone got ID’s because
   I’m out..

 * Does the rest work ?
    Have you checked that the /wp-admin/ files did all upload
   correctly ?

 * The rest works fine indeed, and I already uploaded the wp-admin files twice, 
   without any luck. I was figuring maybe my FTP transfers weren’t secure enough,
   but that doesn’t seem to be the problem, because else more functions shouldn’t
   work, right?
