# Plugins won't update – error message below

 * I have 10 plugins that need to be updated, but each time I try, I get the following
   error on each update:
    An error occurred while updating Contact Bank Lite Edition:
   Download failed. Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
 * Each of the 10 plugins have the exact same error as Contact Bank listed above.
 * Any assistance would be appreciated and I’m not the most technical person, so
   please spell out possible steps for me!!!
