# Plugins won't update

 * I just updated my site to the latest version and now I get this error when trying
   to update any of my plugins.

 * clicking the link just takes me back to the update page with nothing changing.
   All I did was upgrade to WP 4.0 and changed nothing with everything working before
   upgrade and no errors are showing up in the error log.
 * Any help with this would be great.

 * Were you able to fix the problem?
 * my customers and i have seen this same error when wordpress browser cookies have
   a conflict in Chrome. I log out of wordpress, empty my cache (including cookies),
   and (sometimes) have to restart Chrome. Then I restart chrome and log back into
   wordpress. after that, i’m able to update.
