# plugins won't install

 * I restored my website from a back up that I did and now I can’t get any plugins
   to install. When I find a plugin that I want to install, it just goes to a blank
   page and nothing.
 * The permissions on the plugins directory are 755. I don’t know if that would 
   have anything to do with it.
 * Help PLEASE.

 * For now I can upload the folders I want to install via FTP but even activating
   them is having its bugs.

 * All plugins. None will install.
 * I got captcha to install by uploading it via FTP
