 * Dear Sirs,
 * I had started to learn how to program a plug in wordpress & I found it really
   interesting and I had successfully programmed my first plug in ,but if I want
   to put it in my blog I have to put the function which name is rand_project_sel();
   in the side bar ,but the question if I want to make it as a widget ! and to make
   it appeared with the widgets ! how can I do so ?
