# Plugins will not work?

 * 1. Will I loose all plugins functionality?
 * 2. Do I have to unisntall all plugins before creating the static html?

 * 1. No, you won’t lose any functionality in your WordPress site by installing 
   Simply Static. What Simply Static does is let you create a static version of 
   your site that you’d use separately from your WordPress installation. That static
   version is basically just a collection of HTML/text files, so it doesn’t have
   access to PHP or your database or anything, so from that standpoint certain things(
   e.g. comments) might not work on the static version that would work on your WordPress
   installation.
 * 2. Nope, you don’t need to uninstall any plugins before installing Simply Static.
   In fact, some plugins work really well alongside Simply Static (e.g. Yoast SEO).
