Do you make use of elementor?
Then disable it and test it again
Also you need to have php version 7.x installed!
I hope this helps you,
Peter

I don’t use Elementor. And even if I did, I can’t acces the Plugins section to disable it.
Ok do you have access to your files on your server?
If so rename the mailpoet plugin folder. And see if you than have access. If mailpoet is causing the white screen, then by renaming the folder you disable it.

That did it! Thank you very much Peter!! WP backend works fine now and deleted Mailpoet. Too bad for the plugin. Pretty bad experience…
Hi Seba85
Glad that I could help you.
Did you check your php version?
Because I suspect you are still using version 5
You urgently need to update that version to at least PHP version 7.x
Version 5 is a non supported version anymore, and dangerous to keep it running.
Regards Peter
Hi @seba85,
As Peter mentioned, it could be related to your PHP version. We’d be happy to help you upgrade it. Just contact us here: https://www.mailpoet.com/let-us-handle-your-php-upgrade/
