 * Actually i have been trying all i can
    but to no avail.i couldn’t find plugin
   page on my dashboard and trying to install manually,i found it difficult to locate‘/
   wp-content/plugins/directory’.HELP!

   Are you saying that you couldn’t find plugin on your dashboard.
 * Do you have a WordPress.com or a self-hosted (WordPress.org) install? And are
   you logging as an administrator?
 * The WordPress.com websites are websites hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.org
   is for self-hosted WordPress installation. That’s why you can’t find the Plugins.
