Plugins page dont work

Hi,
i got some problem here, every time i try to open/access a plugins page in the admin sidebar it wont work. i cant access the page. i try to deactivate some plugins so i try to open this page to access the list of plugins that i have installed but nothing happened when i click this plugins menu. perviously this menu work, but i dont have any idea y its wont work. any advice how to repair my worpress admin without effecting the current content? please advise
