Support » Fixing WordPress » plugins on localhost not working

  • darren hibbs

I m running wp 2.8.4 on my localhost using WAMP and all the tuning up is working great, However when i install some plugins they do not function after activating?

Would this be because its being used on my localhost? or is it something i have not done correctly?
however i am an average coder in php and it all seems right?

plugins i am having problems with are the lightbox2 plugin with the attribute set to

and the get-log-in plugin which once activated should be able to press the ctrl & E and bring up the stealth log in box? but none of the above works?

I have built my theme to allow wordpress plugins and widgets and i have added the <?php wp_head(); ?> in the header.

It is driving me crazy and was wondering if any1 else have come across a similar problem and might be able to give me some helpful advice.

    Thank you in advance.

Use mozilla fire fox + fire bug to check that jQuery is collectly loaded

I think there are some errors.
