# Plugins not working

 * I’m unable to install the following plug-ins on my website. The error message
   reads:
 * “Unpacking the package…
    Could not create directory.”
 * Plugins: nrelate Related Content 0.52.7 , WPTouch Mobile plugin 3.1.9, Jetpack
   2.9.1
 * Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m currently using GoDaddy hosting with
   Plesk.

 * Sorry, I’m new to WordPress and learning my way around, but luckily I’ve resolved
   my own issue by manually adding the files to the wp-content folder. Thanks for
   giving me proper direction.
