Plugins influence in long time to first bite

    Hi All,
    i have website with long time for response for first bite it takes 1.6s.
    When turn of the plugins its around .3s
    I swithched on and off the plugins and each plugin adds little bit more to this server response time, for example WPML adds .2,uber menu .32s, …
    Did db base optimizing with wp-optimise plugin with no change.
    Im stuck and dont know what to do..
