 * It doesn’t matter what plugin I install, but when I try to use it, but for example
and image effect plugin, when I try to add a new image effect, all i can do is
set the title. None of the options for picking images, setting options, etc.
show up. This happens with all plugins I install. I’ve gone through and set the
permissions recursively to 775, restarted apache, increased the memory allowed
size but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

 * I found the problem. One of the themes needed to be reset and a modification
in the php code was interfering. I had messed around with the footer.php and
thought I had reset it, but had not.
