# [Plugins: Formbuilder] Crashed wp-admin panel HELP!!!

 * Tried to install Formbuilder v 0.86 (Am using WP 3.0.4)
 * Wp-admin froze up, now I get the following error message when I try and log in
   to wp-admin:
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home/content/d/….blog/wp-content/plugins/add-to-any-subscribe/add-to-any-
   subscribe.php:1057) in /home/content/d/…/blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line
   890
 * What can I do?

 * The error in question can be caused by a lot of reasons. What you can do is to
   try removing the plugin which you have uploaded.
 * Simply remove its files from the wp-content/plugins/ folder and it should be 
   automatically disabled. You may also try removing the plugin which is mentioned
   into the error message:
 * add-to-any-subscribe
 * Please make sure to create backups of the plugins files. In case this does not
   fix the issue you can re-upload them.

 * I deleted “FormBuilder” and “add to any” and got back my admin control panel.
   I am now trying to reinstall add to any to see what happens.

 * I’m now getting the headers already sent anytime I install add-to-any, so I think
   that is the root of the problem.
