# Plugins Don’t Show Up

 * Hi – am using a free hosting site for testing purposes and they offer wordpress
   setups via the elefante install script.
 * However, aside from the default plugins of Askimet and Hello Dolly nothing else
   shows up.
 * Also and possibly related – themes I add appear but when I selet them the website
   doesn’t display correctly. Either I get a blank screen or text only.
 * Any suggestions on what to look for? Not too woried by the themes issue but the
   two may be related.

 * Thought I’d add a reply just in case it helps anybody else.
 * I upgraded (following listed method) to the latest version of WP and after a 
   refresh all uploaded plugins were suddenly visible.
 * I guess something in the original installed version was corrupt / missing.
