    Hi,
The issue should be caused by a cache, do you use such plugin at the moment?
When you mention the media library, is the default within admin dashboard? Can you check your browser console what url the images use? (e.g. default or re-mapped)

    Thanks

Yes I am using a cache plugin. You’re right when I disabled the cache plugin, it worked. However, I need the cache plugin to speed up my site. Does that mean, I can’t use both plugins at the same time?

    You can use both.
    What cache plugin you use?

tnx for the response. its w3 total cache before. i tried switching to cache enabler plugin and it now works. I appreciate the advise. Looking forward to purchase the Developer version within the next 6 months time once I started earning from my clients. So, I could apply it as well for NGINX client sites. Thank you, I also left a 5star rating for your good support response.
