# Plugins > Add New all empty

 * Tried deactivating all plugins and setting the theme to TwentyTen but no plugins
   show in the Add New.
    Polar Tags are empty with link to 1 2 3 h M. Newest, Feature,
   etc. show No plugins match your request. Search returns nothing.
 * Any ideas would really help.

 * I have the same issue. Though my Polar tags are 1 3 F h W w
 * Copied the site to another server and still the same. Other sites are working
   fine. Have de-activated all plugins still no luck.

   WordPress Now

 * This will be no help to anyone but just discovered having the same issue.
 * My Popular tags are 1 3 h P W w – but other than that issue is identical.
 * I’ve also tried updating WordpPress but no change. It’s only affecting one of
   my sites.
 * Any ideas would be great.
