 * Is there a way of finding out which plugins are currently in use on a site? When
I look at my list of plugins, I can determine which ones are activated but that
does not necessarily mean they are being used. Is there a way of finding out
   which ones are in use?

 * You might be looking for something like [P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler)](https://wordpress.org/plugins/p3-profiler/)
which will scan your site and give you a report on the performance of your plugins(
   CPU usage, load times etc).
 * Could this be of use to you?
