 * Zack’s plugin is awesome. But I want more fine-grained control. Looks like I 
   might have to dig into the code…
 * I’m trying to figure where the html that surrounds the html output is coming 
   from. I’d like to do some things that don’t appear to be possible from the settings,
   like hide the email address from site visitors, and and other alterations to 
   the markup.
 * Where is the markup being generated from?
