# [Plugin: Zingiri Tickets] Error

 * I keep getting ( Error can not find osticket admin panel ) i have reloaded the
   plugin five times and keep getting the same Error code!!

   Hopefully the latest version 0.9.1 resolves your issues. Otherwise just post 
   the issues in the forums and we’ll solve it for you.

 * Erik’s plug-in works great for me… we had to work through some issues but they
   all worked out and he was very responsive. I also paid him to do some customization
   work within the plug-in that really enhanced it’s use for us. I would recommend
   this plug-in if you want to be serious about a free ticket system… Drop Erik 
   a few bucks if you use it… he’s done a really nice job. Kelly Grillo

 * WARNING:
 * This plugin is a headache if you are using a custom theme. It works with the 
   default theme, but the most bug I see is that when you uninstall from the admin
   panel of the plugin and reinstall, you will get MySQL errors and they are just
   a pain to deal with. I suggest finding another plugin. Don’t get me wrong, this
   is an awesome plugin if the developer would spend more time supporting the users
   and understanding that this does not work with the Memex theme.
