    Dear Zingiri,

    This is one of the most awesome plugins. But i have encounter a problem with this. When ever i sync my new users to get into the database for Staff.

    It always set every members Group to default group and Dept to Default dept. For every member. This is really annoying.

    Do you know what can i do?

  • Now if i add a New WP Admin then it does not show on the Support Staff Page. Like you guys say that it should not. Now when i set every members perms back to as i want. Then i click on Integration page once and does not click on sync. It shows the new user added [The user which was not visible before] that means it auto sync’s when someone click on Integration. Secondly The syncing is faulty. It should add only that user to the support center and should not touch other accounts.

    Please fix the issue ASAP. Please tell me what to do Zingiri?

    Or is there any way to Manually Add support center staff? What database does it store accounts to? I checked phpmyadmin. They are not there? Where then Zingiri Servers?

    I can imagine this is a bit annoying indeed. We’ve added it to our do list, you can follow progress here: http://qa.zingiri.com/view.php?id=271
    I can’t commit on a date for resolution but it’s certainly something we’ll tackle in a future version.

    Thanks for Replying Zingiri. So is there any way to not to sync and manually add WP users to the Support Staff? Is there a database , table used to store all the accounts? How are they saved? Please let me know a Manual way to add WP users to Support Staff.

    Hope you guys fix this bug soon. Having lot of problems because of this syncing issue.

    So am waiting since that day and checking it every day. Zingiri tell me a way to add users Manually? Where are the Support users are saved?

    Sorry but it’s not possible to access the code yourself, this is a hosted solution. We have noted the issue and will deliver a patch in the future.

    Allright. Im waiting for the patch eargerly. Till when can we expect the patch?

    Still waiting like hell. I need to release my Gaming Community. But am not doing it just because of the Support Center problems. Hope you fix it soon.

    This has now been fixed in version 2.3.2 which will be released within the next couple of days. Thanks for your patience.
