[Plugin: Zendesk for WordPress] Dashboard Contact Form Does Not Appear for Users
Following guide here:
“…The contact form is added to the WordPress dashboard when enabled for the types of users described above…”
No! This is not the case and does not display whatsoever.
Only the site administrator sees ticket widget in dashboard, but all other users cannot see contact form (and yes, contact form was enabled).
Anyone have a fix for this?
