 * Just adding your breadcrumb plugin on the Ithemes Builder WP product, and I’m
   not sure where to add the php code – you say in the theme template but not sure
   where this is – I would be grateful if you could advise – many thanks – David

 * Just above the `<h1>` is usually a good idea, so either in the bottom of header.
   php or in single.php, page.php etc.
