[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Possible To Retrieve Related Posts For Parent Page?

Thanks for the great plugin.

I have a quick question I’m hoping you can help me with. I’ve implemented your plugin on single post pages and it’s working beautifully, but I’d like to also add it to my image gallery attachment pages (image.php). The problem is, WordPress separates these attachment pages, giving them a category of uncategorized, stripping the tags specified for the post, etc. As a result, when I call related_posts(), no related posts are found.

My question is this: is it possible to somehow create a second related_posts function for these pages that I can pass $post->post_parent, so rather than attempting to find related posts for the attachment page, it finds them for the parent post page instead?
