 * Is there any way to prioritize full personal or proper names (multiple words 
   with capitalized first words)?
 * I find that, in a site with many people, other people with the same first name
   appear in related posts.

 * Just curious is there might be a way to weight such phrases.

 * Hmm, interesting. No, there is no simple way to do this, though I might recommend
   changing your “relatedness” settings to not consider titles.
