[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Feature Request: Add an option to disable tag listing

Hi,

You have a really great plug-in. However, I have tens of thousands of different tags on my wordpress web application and I can’t load the YARPP options page because it tries to populate all of the tags. Can you make an option to disable the loading of all tags? This would be a big help.

just to be clear, I want an option to disable “Disallow by tag:” from even being populated. Perhaps this should be disabled by default as well, otherwise it isn’t possible to even load the page to disable it (without editing the code by hand..).
