Support » Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin (YARPP) » [Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Creating YARPP relatedness using custom taxonomy terms

  • I’ve played around with YARPP a couple times now, even tweaking it to accept custom post types a while back, but, I always seem to end up having to go another direction, most recently due to not being able to pu all weight for relatedness onto a specific shared custom taxonomy term.

I hope I’m not super late to the party and you’ve already done this in the most recent version, it looks like custom post types are in there now, so, could be, please accept my apologies if that’s the case, and please someone clue me in 😉

If not, is there any plan to include custom taxonomy and terms into the mix in this way any time soon? I would do a back flip if there were, so, I’ll stay tuned … let me know if I should be any more specific or give a user scenario situation like what I dealt with on my last site to better explain … happy to oblige any and all feedback or info~
