Support » Plugin: YAK for WordPress » [Plugin: YAK for WordPress] Payment gateway needs "form" for redirect, not curl?

  • Hi Jason,
Thank you for your plugin, it’s great. Indeed.

I’m integrating YAK with UPC credit cards processing system (it’s Ukraine-based), and UPC does not allow culr for redirection to their server, only <form> POST should be used to redirect user to UPC server with order details.
Is there in YAK a solution for such payment gateways? For the moment I use one more page where I put my <form>, then I use javascript to submit this form. IMHO, it’s not a YAK-way to do such thing. Besides “redirect” there should be another final stage, where I could provide html (not just url) for redirecting.

Could you advise me something on this issue?

    Thank you in advance,

Well it sounds a bit like a PayPal style redirect… if I’m understanding you correctly. You could always write (and release) an add-on module for YAK to support this… (hint hint).

Take a look at the yak_paypal_redirect function in yak-paypal.php for an example of how the paypal redirect is handled. And you could look at the yak-ext-manualcc plugin for an example of integrating a payment module with YAK…
