[Resolved] [Plugin: xLanguage] plugin change my default language

  • I have tested alot of language plugins today to see what they do and if they fit my need.

What I need is to have my page in multiple language for my visitors.

This plug really made my day. I now have page in two language. Default shall be Swedish and then I added a test with English.

problem comes in when I press Swedish the “hem” link that is HOME is still in english and all the texts like “comment” is in english. when deactivating the plugin its back to Swedish – I have the Swedish version of WordPress.

Also – the link to change to English has a bubble next to it – the swedish doesnt.

Any ideas what I shall do here? thanks.

  • Solved – i used “sv” as language code, but should be sv-se

    Hi mrcasado,

Where could you find the language codes?

As the bubbles…I only have one too – next to the second language. It is yellow when it is active, and white when it isn’t.
At my native language doesn’t appear any bubble.

    Godd blogging!
    Mariann
