    Hello Sir Read More Online link In newsletter Giving me a blank page, After sending all of the contents are giving it clear and well but when I simply click the readmore link it doesn’t redirected to the post even in dashboard area when I click the view link of the newsletters It shows a blank page. Help Sir Please.

    I’m having this same problem When I create an automatic newsletter and test it, all the links work and show the short URL and “read more” link work but in the email that gets sent out all the links area very long string and only show a blank page… example

    Please, is there a solution or am I overlooking something,

    Hello John,

    Thanks for providing the url, it helps to understand, I checked and firebug returns a 414 http errors URI too long, see attached screenshot : http://support.wysija.com/files/2012/09/url_too_long_server_config.png

    I think you can solve that by changing some parameters in your server.
    Maybe you have a security plugin causing that or an htaccess rule or even some security module I’m not aware of.
    Check your site’s plugins see if there is any you suspect to cause this error and if you don’t find anything get in touch with your host they will surely know what to do with that.
