[resolved] [Plugin: Wysija Newsletters] Cannot access Dashboard after activation (4 posts)

    After I activated the plugin and I tried to access /wp-admin I get an error -
    Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

    I do not know if it is caused by the plugin but any help would be appreciated.

    Deactivate the plugin to find out whether this was the cause. You can do this even if you cannot log in by connecting to your site files by ftp & deleting the suspected plugin's folder.

    Did that fix it? Our plugin surely doesn't change the user and password for connecting to the database, so I doubt that Wysija is responsible for this. But do let us know!

    Hi we haven't heard back from you so we guess this is resolved.
    Anyway on our end we use WordPress' function to execute database queries so there shouldn't be any problems.
