I’ve just updated to 1.3 and i’m getting:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function functions_exists() in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpuntexturize/wpuntexturize.php on line 61

when I try to activate it.

Just a follow-up: this got fixed in the v1.3.1 release soon after the v1.3 release. Thanks for the report!
