    WPtouch Pro only at this time allows you to show content in different scenarios. So essentially you can hide the map from your mobile users. WPtouch Pro will also allow you to exclude specific URLs and pages.

    Well I don’t want to hide the page, just the Google maps application. If not is it possible to create an alternative page using WPtouch pro?

    Yes, in WPtouch Pro you will be able to hide the map when WPtouch Pro is used but leave the page intact otherwise so your desktop users will see the map as expected.
