The free version of WPtouch does not allow for disabling of third-party plugins. WPtouch Pro does offer this feature and gives you a choice of methods to accommodate the variety of plugins out there. Please be aware that due to the nature of their coding structures, not every plugin will be able to be “switched off” in your mobile experience.

In addition, because every WordPress installation is unique due to plugins, themes, and other customizations, we are unable to predict with certainty whether your individual WPtouch Pro installation will be 100% compatible with your individual setup out-of-the-box. To accommodate as many website setups as possible, WPtouch Pro is built to allow for customization and our dedicated support team is available to provide personalized assistance as part of your WPtouch Pro purchase.

Every purchase of WPtouch Pro comes with a 7-day trial period during which you will have access to our customer support forums, documentation, and our support team. During the seven day trial, if you find the product not to be satisfactory, you may request a full refund for any reason.
