  • WPtouch uses WordPress’ featured image functionality to create its thumbnails. If your images are not attached as “featured images” or if they are handled by a plugin in some way, they may not display as expected in your mobile theme.

    Also, you’ll want to test that the function isn’t conflicting with another plugin. To isolate which plugin(s) may be contributing to the trouble, deactivate all except WPtouch from within the WordPress Plugins area, clear your browser cache and local data, then test.

    If WPtouch’s thumbnails function well, you may then enable the rest of your plugins one at a time, repeating the process, until you can identify which is/are causing the problem.

    I was having the same problem, traced to conflict with all in one seo plugin.

    Nathan72, please check for plugin conflicts as well by deactivating your other plugins one at a time and see if you find the culprit.
