My wordpress timezone is set to -7, but your time reporting on tickets doesn’t seem to account for that. It shows the times at 7 hours or so later than they really are.
When a guest submits a support ticket, we as administrators, can’t see their email address. I have no clue the name or email of the person requesting support.
