[Plugin: WPMU Prefill Post] Insert Image, window is off screen bottom left. Cant use plugin.

WPMU Prefill Post 1.0.2

When I edit/create a template, then hit
Upload/Insert Image the upload/insert window pop-up at the bottom-left of the window but most of it is out of bounds (out of the window) on the left side.. I can move the window into a location where I can use it.

Tried Safari and Firefox.
Tried with all other plugins disabled.
My Theme is Atahualpa 3.7.1

Any ideas?
