[Plugin: WPeMatico] Automatic thumbnail images from images that have spaces in the filename

  • Hello,

I am using WPematico in conjunction with an auto featured image plugin so that the first image in each post will appear as the thumbnail accompanying the excerpt on the front page of the site.

However, a blogger.com RSS feed used in one of my campaigns has a lot of spaces in the filenames of the images so the featured thumbnail isn’t working. It looks like blogger.com converts the space to a + sign, so that the filename was originally name 1.jpg and after being uploaded to blogger, it’s name+1.jpg.

Is there any fix to successfully have image filenames in the above format appear as a featured thumbnail?

    Thanks!
