• I’m really excited about this plugin, but unfortunately haven’t been able to get it to work.

When I put in an address in the sidebar widget, I get this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/jldconn/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpcongress/wpcongress.php on line 90

When I use the shortcode [wpcongress_legislator id=”C001077″], I get this:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/jldconn/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpcongress/legislator.php on line 11
    Cosponsored Bills
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/jldconn/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpcongress/legislator.php on line 26

Any thoughts on what’s causing this?

    Hi there,
This issue usually occurs when there is not a valid sunlight api key.

Register for a Sunlight API key (it’s free, you can get one here: http://services.sunlightlabs.com/accounts/register/)

Add your key to the settings page. It’s in Plugins -> WPCongress Settings. Hit Save.

If you continue to experience this issue, try enabling CURL on the settings page and see if that helps.
