What leads you to believe it has to do with WPBook?
The comments WPBook inserts are true native WordPress comments – no reason they should be displayed any differently on the BB platform.
Is it one particular post that has this error, or the entire blog?
Does the entire blog have this error even if you disable WPBook?

Be interested to see if they can provide any more debugging help, as I’ve no idea what the BB app is doing

If I disable WPBook plugin refresh of comments in WordPress for BB is ok, but if I enable it again … the problem appears again 🙁
There’s only one post with comments from Facebook, this one, the 4th comment came from FB.

Addenda: when I disable the plugin, the comment from FB is perfectly imported to WordPress for BB.
Hmm. Haven’t seen any response on the WordPress for BlackBerry site.
I don’t really know what the WP for BB plugin is doing here that would throw the error.
My understanding from their forums is that they are using xml-rpc api, documented here: http://codex.wordpress.org/XML-RPC_wp#wp.getComment
It may be that they are expecting some field that WPBook isn’t setting or something, but then WPBook (either active or deactivated) should have zero impact on the XML-RPC api.
I’m afraid I can’t do anything until getting some more debugging info from them.
