[Plugin: WPBook] Cannot check permission, stuck in an endless loop

I believe that I followed the instructions exactly but I cannot check permissions with Facebook. When I click on it I get stuck in an endless cycle of redirects between the following urls:

Any thoughts on what could be wrong? My application ID, secret code, and profile ID are all correct.
