 * Dear John,
 * Thanks for all the work on WPBook. I am having a problem granting myself offline_access
   permissions in FB.
 * So on “Checking permissions”, I get
 * This page is where you can check and grant extended permissions, which enable
   WPBook to publish to your personal wall and/or to the walls of fan pages.
 * The Facebook profile ID you are currently logged in to Facebook as is 1220880908.
   You have defined 1220880908 as your Facebook user id in WPBook Settings.
 * FB profile 1220880908 has granted these permissions:
 *  offline_access – no
    read_stream – yes publish_stream – yes manage_pages – yes
 * An access token for this user has been stored.
 * You’ve indicated you wish to publish to this group: 305067906216702
 * ERROR: The user access token does not include publish stream and offline access
   permissions.
 * To correct any of these, Grant or re-grant permissions for your userid. (This
   is required if you intend to publish to your personal wall OR any fan pages.)
 * On clicking “Grant or re-grant permissions for your userid”, I get redirected
   to my canvas space.
 * Appreciate your advice.
 * Thanks,
    Andrew

 * Andrew – can you see what the link for “Grant or re-grant permissions for your
   userid” link destination is?
 * That is, what link you are taken to? I know it looks like your canvas page but
   there should be additional info on the query string.
 * Depending on your OS and Browser, you may be able to right click and choose “
   copy link address” or something like it and paste that in here.

 * Dear John,
 * Thanks for your reply.
 * I managed to solve the issue and grant myself offline_access by fiddling with
   the advanced options under the app in facebook.
 * Thanks again for the fantastic and cool plugin.
 * Andrew
