can you download this new version of lyte-new.js and replace the one on your server with this one? who know this solves all your (pretty weird) problems 🙂
Wonderfull! This solved really both (really weird) problems – with addthis and with sidebarTabs. Both of them work now. Thats amazing!
Thanks a lot! It’s really great!
By the way, I asked some authors of other plugins for help (eg. w3 total cache), and don’t have any response till now. You solved the problem so fast…
Thanks again. May I do anything for you?
great news! i’ll put out 1.1.3 one of the next few days (with a thank you in the changelog linking to your blog).
feel free to give feedback/ rating on the wp youtube lyte page on wordpress.org 🙂
Of course I did rate and comment 😉
I’ve got one more question. Could you give me some “magic word” about what helped? I have a similar problem with one more plugin, which also stops working sidebarTabs and has some layout issues… I could pass something about your solution to the author of those plugin, maybe it could help him?
well, I installed AddThis and saw there were issues. the firebug console complained about a javascript-function both me & the AddThis-guys use. I googled for “addthis getElementsByClassName” and found confirmation of the issue and then started updating my code to try to avoid the “collision” 🙂
hope this helps!
hi nocotytato;
I have a newer version of lyte-min.js. Would you care to download & overwrite the one you’re currently using (maybe make a copy of that one, just to be sure)?
If all goes well I would release 1.1.3 tonight or tomorrow morning 🙂
frank
Sure. Just give me please few minutes…
For me it great. It works perfectly, addthis and sidebarTabs as well. You can see it working here
