[Plugin: WP UI – Tabs, Accordions, Sliders] WP UI Not displaying input fields from a form

Hello Everyone

First, off, this is a great plugin, and displays my content from the posts in the tabs as i would want….however…..i am currently using Event Espresso Lite for an event registration that also displays a form field….name, email etc etc.

Now on the separate post page, everything displays as it should(including the form fields and their inputs)….but…..when displayed in the tab, the label will show such as “name”, but their is no input field to embed someones name.

Can anyone explain why the tab post will not show the input fields as it does on the separate post page, or any missing content??

Note: Is using a shared server for this site at the moment, so pages may not load as they should, just it refresh until the pages display correctly, sorry for any inconvenience.
