 * As this plugin is by far the best tables plugin for WordPress it would be great
   if it were compatible with WPML for multilingual websites. I spoke with the developers
   of WPML and they said for the developer of this plugin to get in touch with them
   via their Go Global program as they help in getting your plugin multilingual
   and therefore compatible with WPML: [http://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/](http://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/)

 * Hi,
 * thanks for your post.
 * Unfortunately, at this time, I simply have to time to take part in this program.

   However, I don’t see a problem, really: As far as I know from other users, you
   can simply create several copies of the table and translate them individually.
   In the different language versions of the posts/pages, you’ll then just have
   to make sure that you use the correct corresponding Shortcode for the table.

    Tobias

 * Thanks Tobias.
 * That would be a suitable solution if I weren’t making amends to the tables and
   so having to remember to amend each table is a bit tricky.
 * Thanks anyway!

 * Hi,
 * yeah, I understand, but it’s the only real solution that I see right now 🙁

 * I am going to have the same issue as greencode. I was hoping to use WPML, but
   maybe I will need to switch to a translation engine that does it right in the
   html or figure out some other method.
 * Tobias, do you have a preferred translation system?

 * Hi,
 * my recommended way is to create different tables for the different languages,
   and then embed those via their respective Shortcode into the post/page of the
   corresponding language.
    The advantage of that approach is that it works with
   all translation plugins.
 * Additionally, I know of people who are using “qTranslate” and “Multisite Language
   Switcher” with the plugin. I’m not into details of how they use those, though.
 * By the way: WP-Table Reloaded has been replaced by TablePress. You should consider
   switching. Please see [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tablepress/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tablepress/)
   and

   for more information.
 * Regards,
    Tobias
