Hi,
Im trying to style few rows so it looks as table header but it doesnt make any changes. Also if I tick or untick “alternating rows” nothing changes.
Do you know what could be a problem?

actually non of my tables alternate rows. Also non of JavaScript features works either…:/

Hi,

please take a look at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-table-reloaded-rowspan-error where you will find this answered.

Basically, you are running into a limitation of the DataTables JS library (that you are using for the sort, search, etc. features). Unfortunately, it does not support rows with rowspan/colspan. You will have to turn it off for this table, or remove the rowspan/colspan again. Sorry for not having better news…
