    Hi
    I wonder if it is possible to do the extension (using plugin hooks) that removes or renames standard table (and H2) class and id.

    I would like to get rid of standard table class and id:
    id=”wp-table-reloaded-id-1-no-1″
    class=”wp-table-reloaded wp-table-reloaded-id-1

    and rename it to for example:
    id=”myTable-id-1-no-1″
    class=”myTable myTable-id-1″

    The best solution would be the possibility to define these elements in a shortcode.

    Thank You in advance for your help

    Hi,

    yes, that’s possible. You can use the filter hooks “wp_table_reloaded_table_css_class” and “wp_table_reloaded_print_name_css_class” for this, which can be found in the file “render.class.php” in the “classes” subfolder of WP-Table Reloaded.

    However, I’m not really sure why you would want to remove these, as this will break the default styling of WP-Table Reloaded.

    Depending on what you are trying to achieve, a better idea might be to use “Extra CSS classes”. You will just have to add these on the table’s “Edit” screen or also via the Shortcode. These will then be given to a table additional to the default classes.

    Regards,
    Tobias
